A Summer of Adventure, Friendship, and Fun at TCPS Summer Camp 

Summer is off to an exciting start at TCPS Summer Camp! Since launching on June 29, campers in Grades 1–6 have been reconnecting with friends from the school year and familiar faces from summers past.  

Our opening week embraced the Classic Camp theme, featuring exciting outdoor activities at Highgate Park. Campers enjoyed a variety of team games, group challenges, and active adventures that encouraged collaboration, confidence-building, and plenty of smiles. It was the perfect way to kick off the summer and create lasting memories. 

In week two, campers stepped onto the world stage with our World Cup theme. Students participated in a Mini World Cup Workshop, where they honed their soccer skills, demonstrated teamwork, and embraced some friendly competition. One of the week’s highlights was a special soccer shootout featuring TC the Tiger, with top participants earning the opportunity to test their skills against our beloved school mascot. 

The excitement continued with our first field trip of the summer to Sky Zone, where campers spent the morning bouncing, playing, and enjoying active fun with friends. The week will conclude with a refreshing visit to Felix’s Swim Club, providing the perfect opportunity to cool off and celebrate another fantastic week of camp. 

Looking ahead, campers can look forward to our upcoming Creative Corner theme. A special Art Workshop will inspire creativity and imagination, while our second summer excursion to Timber Creek Golf promises another day of fun and skill-building. 

With camp running through August 28, there is still plenty of summer fun to come—and it’s not too late to join us! We look forward to welcoming more campers for an unforgettable season filled with friendship, adventure, and discovery.
