Students were recognized for academic excellence through Honour Roll (80% overall average) and Principal’s List (90% overall average) distinctions. Four students were also recognized for successful completion of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program: Aran B., Maya B. Michelle C. and Lakshmi T. A new Minister’s Certificate of Recognition for Community Involvement honoured students exceeding required volunteer hours: Bronze (50–99 hours): Lionel A., Beverly C., Chloe L. and Darwin X. Silver (100–199 hours): Hayyan A., Maya B., Michelle C., Derek Q., and Lakshmi T. Gold (200+ hours): Laith F. and Aran B. Subject award recipients included: Michelle C. (English) Laith F. (Mathematics; Business Studies) Lakshmi T. (Humanities) Aran B. (Computer Studies) Kingston K. (Arts) Maya B. (Sciences; Modern Languages) Sahil Z. (Canadian and World Studies) Aran B. and Lakshmi T. (Athletes of the Year) Students also excelled in external competitions, including: Darwin X. (top score in school, Euclid Math Contest) Lakshmi T., Sahil Z. and Hayyan A. (DECA Provincials competitors) Special awards highlighted student leadership and achievement: Michelle C. (University of Toronto National Book Award) Kingston K. (Growth Mindset Award) Lakshmi T. (Outstanding Student Award and Valedictorian) Laith F. (Lieutenant Governor’s Award) Maya B.
