Elementary Academic Awards Celebration 2024–2025

On the morning of Tuesday, June 17th, the school community gathered to celebrate the outstanding academic achievements of our students at the 2024–2025 Elementary Academic Awards Ceremony. With proud families cheering from the audience, our Grade 7 students were honored with certificates for earning a place on Town Centre’s Honour Roll (average of 80% or higher) and the prestigious Principal’s Honour Roll (average of 90% or higher), recognizing their dedication, perseverance, and academic excellence.

In addition to these accolades, Grade 7 students were celebrated for their exceptional performance and passion across a wide range of subjects—including Computers, Music, French, Physical Education, Art, History, Geography, Science, Mathematics, and English—earning awards for the highest achievement in each area.

The ceremony also spotlighted the innovative minds and confident voices of our students:

• STEM Fair Champions from Grade 6 received a plaque for their creative and scientific brilliance.
  
• TED Talks Winners from Grades 5 and 7 were recognized for their powerful presentations and inspiring ideas.

• A special round of applause went to our mathletes who earned trophies and medals for their participation in the Canada-wide Mathematica Centrum and Gauss Math Competitions. (Stay tuned—full contest results will be posted soon!)
