Excellence on the Field: TCPS Earns Silver in SSAF Softball

On Wednesday, May 27th, our school team proudly represented TCPS at the SSAF Elementary Co-Ed Softball Championship in Aurora.

The team delivered an outstanding performance in round-robin play, securing victories in our first 3 games with scores of 1-0, 7-0, and 7-0. Building on that momentum, Town Centre advanced to the playoff round, where they triumphed 17-2 in the semi-final match.

Throughout the tournament, our players demonstrated exceptional teamwork, sportsmanship, and athletic skill. In the championship game, they competed with determination and resilience, ultimately finishing in second place just behind the U of T School with a score of 9–5.

It was a remarkable day of competition, and we are incredibly proud to celebrate the team’s achievement of earning silver medals and placing second overall. Congratulations to our talented athletes and their dedicated coaches on an impressive season!
