Making Spirits Bright: Our Students’ Heartfelt Contribution to Project ConfettiElementary School NewsTCPS News News TCPS News Pre-School News Elementary School News High School News This holiday season, our community embraced another TCPS tradition: Project Confetti, an initiative dedicated to spreading joy to children at the Markham Stouffville Hospital. Project Confetti provides blank boxes to volunteers who wish to donate items to the hospital’s Children’s Health Unit. Our Grades 1 to 8 students took this opportunity to make a difference by decorating these boxes and filling them with thoughtful gifts—everything from gift cards and books to toys, baby clothing, art supplies, and masks. Each box was personalized with colorful designs and uplifting messages, ensuring that every child receives not just a gift, but a heartfelt reminder that they are cared for. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our senior elementary students, we collected enough to fill 50 beautifully decorated gift boxes! Additional donations that couldn’t fit in the boxes were also included. Project Confetti will deliver these gifts to the hospital, brightening the holidays for children who need it most.
