International Baccalaureate Theory of Knowledge Exhibition 2026High School NewsTCPS News News TCPS News Pre-School News Elementary School News High School News The IB Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Exhibition, held on April 8, highlighted the impressive work of our Grade 11 IB Diploma Programme students and offered the school community a glimpse into their thoughtful engagement with complex ideas. Through original presentations, students demonstrated strong critical thinking, reflection, and analysis as they explored how knowledge is shaped, challenged, and applied across real-world contexts. Reflecting on the exhibition, the supervising TOK teacher, Ms. Lau shares her pride in the students’ work: “Walking through the ToK Exhibition, I was deeply impressed by the thoughtfulness, originality, and intellectual courage that our students demonstrated in challenging what we think we know. This year’s cohort not only showcased strong critical thinking, but also a genuine willingness to engage with complex ideas in meaningful ways – I’m incredibly proud of them. The exhibition captures the heart of the IB Diploma Programme: not just learning answers, but learning how to think, make connections, and understand the world more deeply. It was a powerful and inspiring celebration of inquiry, reflection, and curiosity.” The TOK Exhibition also served as a valuable learning experience for the wider school community. Students from Grades 9 to 12 had the opportunity to engage with the work of their senior peers, sparking curiosity and inspiring meaningful conversations. This exchange fostered a sense of mentorship and collaboration across grade levels, reinforcing the importance of inquiry and lifelong learning. Congratulations to Anton C., Arshia N., Ethan K., Jessica K., Lydia Z., Mai N. and Yaseen A. for their excellent presentations and contributions to this year’s TOK Exhibition. Their efforts truly exemplified the spirit of the IB learner profile and the aims of the TOK course.
