Alumni Shares his University Experience with grade 11 & 12 students

On Friday, June 10th, the grade 11 and 12 students had the opportunity to learn about the university experience from a TCPS Alumnus.  Joining us for the educational workshop was Manojh Rajasri (class of 2018) who in 2021 completed his Bachelor of Law degree at the University of Leicester, England. He shared with the students the need to research the universities, the city and neighbourhood in which you plan to live and financial planning.  Manojh provided valuable advice that he learned during the process of applying to an overseas university and the challenges and advantages he experienced. Manojh’s PowerPoint presentation was very informative and he gave the students plenty of opportunities to ask questions.  Manojh is currently attending the Toronto Metropolitan University’s Law Practice Program (LPP). The LPP combines an innovative practical training component with hands-on work placement.
