TCPS Food Drive in Support of Markham Food Bank a Great Success! At TCPS we have always emphasized the importance of giving back to the local community. On December 19th, Elementary and High School Divisions donated 13 large boxes of food to the Markham Food Bank. TCPS is proud to be able to give a helping hand to those families in need at this time of the year. Thank you to the TCPS families for their generous contributions to this year’s food drives and to the York Region Fire Department for delivering our donations to the Markham Food Bank. A Festive Celebration of the Season at the Amarillo Campus with “Jingle Bell Swing” Our recent Christmas concert, “Jingle Bell Swing,” was nothing short of a spectacular celebration of joy and festive cheer! The magical melodies sung by our talented preschoolers filled the air with sweetness, and the Grade One play, “Elflandia,” brought a unique twist to the happenings in the North Pole. A huge round of applause to our incredible students whose enthusiasm and dedication crafted an afternoon to remember! The joy radiating from our parents and students alike truly warmed our hearts. Relive the enchanting moments and the creative storytelling through the snapshots shared on our website and social media. Thank you to everyone who made “Jingle Bell Swing” a resounding success! Toy Donation to Markham Stouffville Hospital Over the last few weeks, TCPS held their annual Toy Drive. For several years, the students, parents and staff at TCPS have enthusiastically participated in our Christmas Toy Drive donating new and unwrapped toys. The TCPS Elementary Student Activity Council and High School representatives, along with Elementary Student Life Coordinator Ms. Youill, graciously presented Ms. Atkinson, Child Life Specialist of the Markham Stouffville Hospital Children’s Ward, with several large bags full of toys. These will be donated to children who will be in hospital over the holidays. Sharing our Christmas spirit with those less fortunate is the true spirit of the season. TCPS thanks everyone for their generosity at this special time of the year. Previous Page 1 Interim pages omitted … Page 31 Page 32 Page 33 Page 34 Page 35 Interim pages omitted … Page 115 Next
