Ekta Bhavsar – Class of 2014 Ekta joined Town Centre Private Schools in 2008 in our grade 7 program. Following her graduation from TCPS, Ekta attend the University of Toronto and graduated with a Double Major in Human Biology and Neuroscience. Since graduating, she has been very busy with research opportunities and work. “All my life the dream was to become a doctor. After university and the different opportunities that had led me to gain experience has change my vision and interest. This has lead me to potentially pursue a master’s degree in a graduate program pertaining to medicine.It is important to allow yourself to explore different experiences which you would have never thought of and I am thankful for these opportunities which game me the freedom to explore my options and instigate my dream career now.” We wish Ekta all the best for the future. Alex Wong – Class of 2013 Alex graduated from Town Centre Private Schools in 2013.With an interest in marketing and technology, Alex’s next step was attending the Ontario Tech University where he earned an Honours degree in Commerce and Marketing.Currently working as a Product Manager in the computer tech industry, Alex plans to return to university in the next couple of years to obtain his Masters in Business Administration. By combining his marketing and product experience and well-established contacts, Alex intends to start his own tech brand within the next 5 years.We wish Alex all the best for the future! Christie Tsagopoulos – Class of 2019 Christie is our most recent graduate to be part of the Alumni News. She spent her High School years at TCPS and was a Principal’s List recipient, a strong athlete, and active in many aspects of school life.Christie was offered scholarships to multiple universities but chose to stay close to home and study Neuroscience at the University of Toronto. Her outstanding results in the Life Sciences in particular made Christie an excellent fit to work part-time at the school, helping to prepare our current grade 12 students for their IB exams with the goal that they can earn their own scholarships.Upon completion of her undergraduate degree and Masters, Christie plans to pursue a career in Psychology or Neuroscience.
