Enhancing our Ability to Communicate with TCPS Families

Town Centre Private Schools has always understood the importance of regular communication between parents, teachers and the administrative staff. In 2019, TCPS created a customized App for our parents to receive information on upcoming events accessible from their mobile or desktop devices.

• Reminders of upcoming events and activities at our schools including live events and presentations
• In-class communications from our teachers and homework reminders
• All our messages can be forwarded to your email to view on a larger screen

The School Channel:

We publish our Pre-School and Elementary monthly newsletters and High School week-at-a-glance straight to our parents. TCPS families stay up to date with activities, themed events, exciting goals and achievements our students participate in and receive timely notifications such as updates and safety advisements for inclement weather.

The Class Channel:

Through the Class Channel, parents receive updates and reminders of events and activities in the student’s classes and stay up to date with homework and upcoming virtual workshops and presentations.

New Photo Album:

Our School leaders and teachers can now share a variety of school experiences with our new Photo Album feature. Parents can select between their child’s classroom events or school-wide events to view curated photos to capture exciting moments throughout the year.

The TCPS Parent App is available to all currently registered parents.  The mobile App can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or Apple Store.  Parents can also access our App on your desktop or tablet through our Parent Portal.
